Product Details

Aluminum alloy body with steel ball-bearing rollers, easy to use, durable and long-lasting. Solves the tone trouble caused by poorly-shaped (and thus poorly-fitted) nuts and saddles. Wheels are very durable hardened steel bearings. The nut and saddle sander holds the nut or saddle perfectly vertical while you roll it over sandpaper on a flat surface. Adjustable height range from 3mm to 12mm (0.12 - 0.47 inch) and usually used to polish guitar nuts and saddles. A convenient nut sander tool for bone, plastic and composite nuts and saddles. Used after shaping a saddle or nut to its final shape.
