The sound bowls set includes 7 colored crystal bowls: 10”C,10”D,10”E,10”F,,8”G,8”A,8”B. The crystal singing bowl set comes with four heavy duty carrying cases and each singing bowl is housed in padded tank inside the carrying cases. The suede texture singing bowl bag in each case provide protection and easy to access during sound healing therapy meditation. High quality suede strikers and rubber mallet and O-rings are packed in bundle pockets. Instruction paper for sound bowls healing included. Steps to play: Use the singing bowl in a quiet calm space. For a large singing bowl, place the O-ring on a flat surface and set your bowl on it. For smaller bowls, it may be preferable to place them in hand to hear them better. Gently tap the outer rim of the bowl and glide the mallet around the outer edge. Gliding with constant, firm pressure to continue the ringing sound. Practice a few times to achieve perfect sound. Always use light pressure while taping the quartz bowl. While large singing bowl tend to produce notes from deeper octaves, all singing bowls contain a variety of possible notes and some notes are more common in certain size singing bowls.
