Prevents unauthorized trailer movement - The heavy duty king pin lock stops theft of any big rig or RV trailer by preventing the king pin from mating with a 5th wheel. It is physically impossible for the trailer to connect with a 5th wheel while the lock is engaged, and the heavy duty steel lock covers the entire king pin for total security. Strong deterrent - The last thing a trailer thief wants to see is a heavy duty Vulcan king pin lock. Once the would-be thief sees the lock they will almost always move on to an easier target. Extremely durable - The heavy duty steel cuff and lock cylinder have a high gloss stainless steel finish to resist the elements.
